If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it with our “No Hassle Returns” policy.
To ensure proper credit, all returns require a return authorization.
Office Supplies: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a credit or exchange within 20 days of purchase. All returned products must be in our current catalog offering, in its original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
Technology: Due to the constant changes in technology, we will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt. This includes all toners, personal copiers, all in one machines, fax machines, printers, digital cameras, and phones.
Special Orders: Special orders such as custom stamps, business cards, printing, advertising merchandise, and nameplates may not be returned.
Furniture: Furniture is known to have natural wear and tear and therefore can only be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns due to customer error will be charged a re-stocking fee. Assembled items may not be able to be returned due to customer error. All custom orders are made to customer's specifications and cannot be returned unless product is defective at time of installation.
All returns must be in resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
